Self-Service CD Account Opening
I was responsible for crafting an intuitive, compliant, and future-forward experience that enabled clients to independently open or renew Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts.
Deal Accounting Web Application
A 30-year-old legacy application used by the investment banking sector to book and calculate fees and submit journal entries needed an updated user experience and interface.
Clinical Trial Management Tool
This clinical trial tool houses clinical trials assigned to a clinical trial manager. With this tool, we are exploring ways that AI can recommend actions to take on a clinical trial based on the data or results.
Google Maps Redesign
As an avid user of Google Maps, I believe that the app no longer feels like it caters to individual users. It feels more “promotional,” and my mini-project aims to change that.
Empathetic & Human Centered Design
I bring empathy to every step of the process. Whether it’s listening to users, mentoring junior designers, or aligning with engineering, I create space for voices to be heard—and design that reflects that.
